General Campground Policies

Welcome to our campground! We hope that you enjoy your stay with us. The following guest rules and guidelines have been adopted to assure health, safety, general welfare and protection of property for the maximum benefit and enjoyment of guest use. Please familiarize yourself with these rules as they are your responsibility to follow. The manager and designated staff are authorized to enforce each of these rules. Failure to observe these rules and regulations may be ground for eviction.

Cabins: Check out time - 10:00AM. Check in time is 3:00PM

RV Sites: Check out time – 12:00PM. Check in time is 1:00PM

*Please drive slowly and watch for children on the road.

*Pets must remain on a leash when not in your lot area.  Pet owners MUST pick up after their pets. Pets must not present a hazard or nuisance to others, and excessive barking will not be tolerated. You may take your pets off to the far right side of the property to enjoy the water.

*Quiet time: will be between 10:00PM and 7:30AM. Please respect your fellow campers. Excessive noise, loud music, or foul behavior will not be tolerated.

*Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children.  Young children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Management is not responsible in any way whatsoever for supervision of your children.

*Visitors are welcome between the hours of 7:30AM and 10:00PM. All Visitors must check-in with the office and park in the designated area. No more than 10 people shall occupy one campsite at any given time.

*Space permitting, there may be one tent, one RV/Trailer and one towing vehicle per site. All other vehicles must park in the designated parking area.

*No trail bikes or any such motorized vehicles whatsoever.

*Any guest who willfully or negligently defaces, injures or destroys property or equipment of Shuswap Lake Cabins & RV or another guest, will be held liable for the full value thereof.

*Please take garbage with you or place in the dumpsters provided.  Recycle cans and bottles in containers provided. Thank you!

*There are two pay phones on site for your convenience – one is located in the laundry room on the right side of the property, the other is located on the outside of the dance hall.

*Privacy of other campsites is to be respected. Do not walk through occupied sites.

*Please do not move picnic tables from your site.

*Campfires must not be left unattended.

CANCELLATIONS: Your deposit will be refunded less a $20 service fee (25% for cabin rentals) for cancellations made at least 14 days before your arrival. No refund under 14 days or due to weather conditions. There are no refunds after check-in and no refunds for early departures.
